How does the resume and document review service work?
- you email your document(s) for initial review – this may be your draft resume, or other documents that can be used to create a resume, or it may be a cover letter or selection criteria document.
- documents are emailed back to you with feedback
- you review the feedback and provide any additional information if required
- document(s) are reviewed, formatted and proofread and then emailed back to you
How long does it take?
Generally the first and second rounds of feedback can be back to you for your review within a couple of days to a week of receiving them (depending on how many back and forths are required). Shorter time frames can be arranged for documents that require urgent review.
What if I have questions during the process?
That’s normal, and I welcome any questions via email or telephone during the process.
